What Our Members Are Saying...I've been in real estate for 35 years. Once I started applying what I learned from Platinum REO, I quickly escalated to the top of the charts with Realty Executives (both locally and worldwide.) If I had met Craig 35 years ago, I cannot imagine what my business would be like now. As it is, my business has exploded and there are still exciting programs Craig has taught that I haven't implemented. The sky's the limit. Even with all this growth, I work less than I used to. I now work a normal 40 hour work week and take a month off each year. I've just purchased a great mountain home and will spend most of the summers in the cool White Mountains, working from my mountain home office! – Both transactions and GCI are up 50% since joining Platinum REO. I work 30% less hours than I used to and take 3 extra weeks off per year. I used to work 5 evenings a week and every weekend. Now I only work 2 evenings a week and one Saturday per month. Every aspect of every system has been tested, adjusted, tested again and perfected before Craig recommends it to us. All we have to do is implement a winning system and reap the benefits. – In October of 2007, I had zero REO properties and could see the market really changing but had no idea what to do or where to start. That’s why I joined Platinum REO and got serious with Bryan Pellican. Bryan took me step by step through exactly what to do to break into the REO Industry. I got my first assignment in March, 2008. Now, one year later, my portfolio is 93 properties and I am averaging about 15-20 closings a month, making more money than ever in real estate with less stress, strain, and struggle. - I was doing very well as a retail real estate team leader in Arizona. But when the market began to change, and demand for retail properties declined, while demand for REO’s began to climb, I knew I had better figure it out, and fast. Fortunately, I was able to connect and become a part of Craig Proctor’s REO Program in the 4th quarter of 2007. By year end I had about 10-15 REO listings. Thanks to Bryan, the materials, the contacts, and the leading edge coaching from the REO program, I was able to pick up several more bank accounts early in 2008. This led to a listing inventory of approximately 60-80 REO’s at a time. We are running wide open and our REO listings average less than 30 days on the market. Real Estate life is good again. - |
